CEO Education Mandi Bahauddin has issued government schools Timings notification from 16th October 2023 to 15th April 2024.

According to the notification issued by the Chief Executive Officer (District Education Authority) Mandi Bahauddin, the following timing shall be observed in all educational institutions/schools (public & private) in district Mandi Bahauddin from 16th October, 2023 to 15th April, 2024.

According to the notification, single shift boys schools in Mandi Bahauddin will open at 8:30 am and close at 2:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday. While on Friday, schools will be closed at 12 noon.

Similarly, single shift girls schools will open at 8:15 am and close at 02:15 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday. While on Friday, schools will be closed at 11:45 am.

Winter Vacations Have Been Announced In Punjab 2023

Double shift boys schools will open at 08:00 am and will close at 12:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday in evening. While on evening shift, boys schools will open at 01:00 pm and will close at 05:30 pm. On Friday, single shift boys schools on friday will open at 08:00 am and will close at 11:30 am in morning shift. While in evening shift, these boys schools will open at 02:30 pm and will close at 05:30 pm.

Double shift girls schools will open at 07:45 am and will close at 12:15 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday in evening. While on evening shift, boys schools will open at 12:45 pm and will close at 05:15 pm. On Friday, single shift boys schools on friday will open at 07:45 am and will close at 11:15 am in morning shift. While in evening shift, these boys schools will open at 02:15 pm and will close at 05:15 pm.

The Govt school timing has been changed after Ramadan 2023. After Ramadan and Eid Ul Fitr, it has been decided to change the timings of all schools in all districts across Punjab province from 26th April to 15th October 2023. Govt School Timing Notification Punjab 2023 has been issued by the department.

According to the Academic Calendar issued by the department, the single shift boys schools will open at 7:30 am and will close at 1 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, on Friday boys schools will closed at 11:30 am. Single shift Girls school will open 15 minutes before boys school, and girls schools will open at 7:15 am and will close at 12:45 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday. On Friday, girls school will close at 11:15 am.

Double shift boys schools will open at 7:00 am to 12:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, while on Friday, the boys schools will close at 11:00 am which will be implemented in morning shift. While double shift boys schools in evening shift will open at 12:30 pm to 04:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, while on Friday, the boys schools will open at 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm, which will be implemented in evening shift.

Double shift girls schools will open at 06:45 am to 11:45 am from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, while on Friday, the girls schools will close at 10:45 am which will be implemented in morning shift. While double shift girls schools in evening shift will open at 12:15 pm to 04:15 pm from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, while on Friday, the girls schools will open at 02:15 pm to 05:15 pm, which will be implemented in evening shift.

It is pertinent to mention here that the school timing for ECE (Early Childhood Education) and Nursery will be from 07:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
