CTI Jobs 2025 in Punjab – Apply online on E Portal – Advertisement

The wait is over. The Higher Education Department (HED) has announced 8,084 CTI jobs in Punjab today, September 12, 2025. Apply online through the online e-portal.

CTI job applicants can apply online through the online portal from September 16 to September 19, 2025. Fresh graduates with strong presentation skills and ability to handle difficult situations are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility criteria for CTIs:

  1. For Graduate Colleges (BS Colleges): MS/M.Phil./Ph.D. (However, in such a case, no candidate has applied for M.A/M.Sc.)
  2. For all other colleges including community colleges: Master’s degree / BS (FYDP) in a relevant subject with a minimum of 2nd division.
  3. Age Limit: There is no age limit for the applicant.

Marks Distribution:

  • Education Qualification 85 Marks
  • Qualification above Master Degree 03 Marks
  • Position Holders In Board / University 02-05 Marks
  • Interview 05 Marks

How to apply for CTI Jobs 2025-26 online

  1. Visit your local boys/girls degree college to check the college notice board for information about CTI job vacancies.
  2. Apply only to your district college, although you can apply to multiple colleges.
  3. Apply online at HED website.
  4. Submit a professional CV/Resume, attested documents, two passport size photographs, CNIC, and other required documents to your respective college.
  5. Bring original educational and other documents along with your CV for the interview.
  6. Candidates with high qualifications and experience will be given preference.
  7. Both male and female candidates from across Punjab can apply to their respective colleges using the template provided for college teacher interns.
  • Joining Period: College Teaching Interns (CTI) will have to join duty within seven (07) days of the issue of offer of appointment otherwise the offer will be withdrawn.
  • Transfer of Post: The appointment will be subject and college specific.

CTI Salary/Stipend

Rs. 50,000 per month, distribution of stipend/salary will be strictly done through cross check/bank accounts of selected CTIs for 202 in Punjab.

Candidates from various locations in Punjab including Lahore, Sargodha, Gujrat, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Mandi Bahauddin, Jhelum, Bhakkar, Nankana, Gujranwala and other districts of Punjab are welcome to submit their applications.

WAPDA, Water and Power Development Authority under Gujranwala Electric Power Company Organization (GEPCO) today released the light schedule for September 2025 in Mandi Bahauddin, Phalia and Malakwal.

According to the notification of light schedule of Mandi Bahauddin,

  • On 06 September, the light of Phalia City, Luk, Dharekan and Gujrat Road feeders will be off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.
  • On 08, 11 and 16 September, 2025, the light of Mong feeder will be off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM
  • On 09, 15, 18 September, the light of Bohat, Iqbal Town, Main Bazar Phalia, Dhal Dhola, Mandi Road, Phalia City, Luk, Dharekan and Gujrat Road feeders will be off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.
  • On 10 September, the light of Wasu, Crystal, Phalia Road, Gulshan Iqbal, Jhulana, Sufi City and Canal feeders will off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.
  • On 14, 21, 28 September, the light of Mandi Bahauddin City, Shah Taj, Katchery Road, Complex, Sohawa, Al Asar Mall, Shafqatabad, Khewa, Gurrah, Wasu, Crystal, Phalia Road, Gulshan Iqbal, Jhulana, Sufi City and Canal feeders will off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.
  • On 17, 23 September, the light of Wasu, Crystal and Canal feeders will off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.
  • On 24 September, the light of Phalia City, Luk, Dharekan, Gujrat road feeders will off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.
  • On 25 September, the light of Phalia Road, Gulshan Iqbal, Jhulana, Sufi City and Canal feeders will off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.
  • On 30 September, the light of Gurrah, Phalia Road, Gulshan Iqbal, Jhulana, Sufi City, and Canal feeders will off from 08:00AM to 12:00PM.

Schools and colleges in Mandi Bahauddin to remain closed due to flood

Deputy Commissioner Mandi Bahauddin shared a notification to close educational institutions in Mandi Bahauddin due to rising water levels in the Chenab River and flooding.

In the notification, all the public and private school and colleges located in the given below areas of tehsil Phalia district Mandi Bahauddin shall remain closed with effect from 01-09-2025 to 07-09-2025

Government Primary School Baho, Government Elementary School Bahri, Government Girls High School Bahri, Government Primary School Basti Makhdoom, Government Elementary School Burj Bakht, Government Model Primary School Chak Abdullah, Government Elementary School Chak Shahbaz will remain closed.

Government Primary School Farrukhpur Nau, Government Girls Primary School Gadgor, Government Girls Primary School Jago Kalan, Government Elementary School Kala Shadian, Government Girls Elementary School Kala Shadian, Government Primary School Mureed, Government Elementary School Noorpur Katvi will remain closed.

Public Holiday Has Been Declared On September 1

Independence Day holidays are likely in Pakistan from August 14 to 17

There are likely to be four holidays in Pakistan in the month of August, including Independence Day on August 14.

According to a notification from the Cabinet Division, there will be a public holiday in Pakistan on August 14 on the occasion of Pakistan Day, while Chehlum Imam Hussain will be celebrated on Friday, August 15.

Chehlum holiday is not included in the federal holidays, however, in the case of a local holiday at the provincial level, there will be a holiday in the relevant areas. Last year, a public holiday was declared on the occasion of Chehlum in Rawalpindi and Karachi.

In some areas, in the event of a Chehlum holiday, the holidays of Thursday, August 14, Friday, August 15, Saturday, August 16, and Sunday, August 17 may be combined.

Authorities have ordered strict security arrangements to maintain law and order on the occasion of Independence Day and Chehlum.
