After his elementary schooling at an Urdu-medium School of their village, they did matriculation from Chenab College, Jhang. Then, for F.Sc., they went to Government College University (GCU) Lahore. Later, they got admission to Allama Iqbal Medial College (AIMC) Lahore.

They said that every year, at least, five AIMC graduates become a part of the Civil Service of Pakistan. I appeared in CSS 2013 exam, and by the grace of Almighty Allah, I have also achieved this feat.

Dr. Muhammad Faisal Saleem appointed as Deputy Commissioner Mandi Bahauddin on 21st August, 2024.

Muhammad Saleem was serving as the staff officer of Chief Secretary Punjab. He started his posting as Assistant Commissioner in Islamabad. Gradually progressing, now Deputy Commissioner Mandi Bahauddin will perform the duties. He belongs to village Chak No. 496 of Tehsil Shorkot, District Jhang.
