Schools and colleges in Mandi Bahauddin to remain closed due to flood

Deputy Commissioner Mandi Bahauddin shared a notification to close educational institutions in Mandi Bahauddin due to rising water levels in the Chenab River and flooding.

In the notification, all the public and private school and colleges located in the given below areas of tehsil Phalia district Mandi Bahauddin shall remain closed with effect from 01-09-2025 to 07-09-2025

Government Primary School Baho, Government Elementary School Bahri, Government Girls High School Bahri, Government Primary School Basti Makhdoom, Government Elementary School Burj Bakht, Government Model Primary School Chak Abdullah, Government Elementary School Chak Shahbaz will remain closed.

Government Primary School Farrukhpur Nau, Government Girls Primary School Gadgor, Government Girls Primary School Jago Kalan, Government Elementary School Kala Shadian, Government Girls Elementary School Kala Shadian, Government Primary School Mureed, Government Elementary School Noorpur Katvi will remain closed.

Government Girls Primary School Noorpur Katvi, Government Higher Secondary School Qadirabad, Government Primary School Randiali, Government Primary School Ratoo, Government High School Saida, Government Model Elementary School Thatti Shah Muhammad, Government Primary School Thatti Marran and Government Girls College Qadirabad will remain closed.
