UAE announced Eid al-Adha holidays 2024 in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi

The Federal Manpower Authority in the UAE has announced Eid-ul-Adha and Waqf-Arafah holidays in the country this year. Eid-ul-Adha holidays have been announced in private schools in Dubai.
According to Arab media, the holidays of Waqf Arafa and Eid al-Adha will begin on Saturday 15th June 2024 corresponding to 9th Dhul-Hijjah 1445 Hijri and will continue until Tuesday 18th June 12th Dhul-Hijjah.
On the other hand, all private schools, universities and nurseries in Dubai will be closed for Eid al-Adha from Saturday, June 15 to Tuesday, June 18 and will reopen on Wednesday, June 19.

The Dubai Government Human Resource Department has released the Eid Al Adha holiday schedule for government departments. The holiday begins on Saturday, June 15, 2024, and ends on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
This statement is based on the decision of the Cabinet regarding the agenda of holidays for public and private institutions in the state. In addition, all workers in the UAE’s private sector will also get paid leave from Saturday, June 15 to Tuesday, June 18.
