Eid Al Adha Holidays 2023
UAE has announced Eid Al Adha holidays 2023 for public and private sectors. According to the report, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced 4 public and private sector holidays in connection with Eid Ul Adha, including one day of Arafah and 3 days of Eid which will be from 9th to 12th Dhu al-Hijj.
Eid Al Adha 2023 UAE
Eid Al Adha 2023 in UAE is predicted to fall in the month of June this year and there will be three days of expected holidays on June 28, 29 and 30. According to the AD calendar, the holidays will be from June 27 to June 30, 2023, followed by two weekend holidays.
It should be noted that the final announcement of Eid-ul-Adha will be made by the UAE Sweet Crescent Committee after the sighting of the moon in mid-June.
Sunnah Of Eid Ul-Adha
Our Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) teaches us some sunnah’s to do on or before the day of Eid which are as follows.
- Getting up early in the morning.
- Do Miswak, If not, brush your teeth.
- take a bath
- Wear new or nicer clothes
- Apply perfume
- Use hair oil
- Avoid eating before the Eid prayer
- Try to arrive early for Eid prayers
- Listen to the sermon (Khutbah)
- While going for the Eid prayer, recite the Takbeer of Tashreeq in a loud voice
اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ ، اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ
Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, Allahu akbar laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, wa Allaahu akbar, Allaah akbar, wa Lillaah il-hamd
(Allah is the Most Great, Allah is the most Great, Allah is the most Great. There is no god but Allah, Allah is the Most great, Allah is the most great, and to Allah be praise)
