KARACHI: After the price of gold dropped by one dollar per ounce in the international market to reach the level of 1,869 dollars, the price of gold has also decreased in the local bullion markets.

According to Express News, on Tuesday, the prices of gold per tola and ten grams decreased by Rs 4,300 and Rs 3,686 respectively.

As a result of the reduction in the price, the price of gold in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta was Rs 200,000 per tola and the price of gold per ten grams decreased to the level of Rs 171,468.
