Prices of Ghee and Cooking Oil fell sharply

According to reports, the branded Cooking Oil available at Rs 550 per kg has become cheaper by Rs 440 to Rs 450. Meezan Cooking Oil has come down to Rs 450 from Rs 550, while Olive Oil has come down to Rs 350 from Rs 450. Canola Oil has come down from Rs 480 to Rs 375 and Mustard Oil has come down to Rs 350 from Rs 450 in Pakistan.

On the other hand, prices have also decreased at the global level. The prices of cooking oil per ton in the world market decreased from $4,243 to $3,866. After which further reduction in cooking oil and banaspati ghee prices is expected.

Similarly, the first prize of 100 rupees prize bond, 7 lakh rupees, the second prize, three prizes of 2 lakh rupees and 1,199 prizes of 1,000 rupees will be distributed among the lucky winners.

The Lak لک tribe is spread all over the world. But most of the Lak tribes are found in abundance in Arab countries. There are an estimated two million tribes in Iran and quite a few in Iraq. People of the Lak race are bold, courageous and fearless in nature.

In Pakistan, Laks are found in large numbers in various parts of the country and mostly in Sargodha in Punjab. One Lak village is located in Tehsil Phalia District Mandi Bahauddin. There are quite a number of Laks in this village who are very fond of Chaudharahat. According to a genealogy, it is believed that the people of this village came from the village of Lak in Sargodha.

SBP announces bank holiday on May 1 on International Labor Day

According to the official announcement, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has declared a bank holiday on May 1, 2024 (Wednesday) on the occasion of International Labor Day.

“The State Bank of Pakistan will remain closed on May 1, 2024 (Wednesday) on Labor Day as a public holiday, as announced by the Government of Pakistan,” the notification read.

To show solidarity with workers and respect the rights of the working class, the world celebrates May 1st every year as International Labor Day, also known as May Day.
