The National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to announce the UGC NET December 2023 Exam Result soon. Earlier, the results were to be declared yesterday on January 17, 2024. Due to technical reasons, the results of UGC, NET December 2023 was not declared on January 17, NTA said.

After the results are out, candidates can check their UGC NET 2023 December exam score on the official website i.e. ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The UGC NET December 2023 exams were conducted from December 6 to December 19 for 9,45,918 candidates in 83 subjects in 292 cities across the country.

Earlier on January 3, UGC NET December 2023 had released the provisional answer key and the date for raising objection was January 5.

  • Open the active link of ‘UGC NET 2023 December Results’ on the home page.
  • Login using your application number and date of birth.
  • Click Submit.
  • Your UGC NET 2023 December Results will appear on the screen.
  • Download the results for future use.

In the latest revision, the prices of kerosene and light diesel oil have been reduced by Rs 1.97 and Rs 0.92 per liter respectively.

OGRA Petrol Prices in Pakistan from January 1, 2024

It may be recalled that in the last fortnight, the government had kept the prices of petrol and diesel at Rs 267.34 and Rs 276.21 per liter respectively.

Kerosene oil price decreased by Rs 2.19 to Rs 188.83 per liter while light diesel oil was sold at Rs 165.75. Because the government has increased the prices of commodities by 1.11 rupees.

According to the list released by the international organization Henley & Partners, the strongest passports of the world are Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Singapore allow visa-free travel to 194 countries and these countries are joint leaders for this feature.

The 3 countries are joint second in the list of strongest passports. Passports from South Korea, Finland and Sweden allow visa-free travel to 193 countries.

Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced that Punjab winter vacations will not be extended in educational institutions across the province. All Government and private schools across Punjab will reopen on Wednesday 10 January 2024 with revised timings.

“Due to the ongoing winter wave, schools will resume on January 10, 2024. From January 10 to 22, schools will begin at 9:30 a.m. Jackets and warm clothing are highly advised,”

The Interim Chief Minister of Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi, during his visit to Lahore Zoo, informed about the extension of winter vacations in educational institutions of Punjab. He announced that the winter vacation for students will be extended based on the recommendations of the education department. The current winter vacation period is till January 9, 2024.

Earlier, fake news about the extension of winter vacations in Punjab was doing the rounds on social media platforms. This has created confusion among students and parents. who considered the Punjab government’s notification of public holidays to be wrong.

During his visit, Chief Minister Punjab spoke about the continuous problem of smog and fog which caused difficulties to the passengers. Expressing his concern, Naqvi said that earlier there was no fog in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, but now it persists in these areas as well.

Highlighting the impact on aviation, he said that due to low visibility, the airports of Faisalabad, Sialkot and Lahore are often closed due to fog. In an attempt to counter the visibility challenges, Naqvi mentioned plans for artificial rain in the event of adequate cloud cover, and emphasized the current lack of sufficient cloud cover.
