Prices depend on current tax rates and import prices, which are mainly due to fluctuations and increases in international oil prices.
The caretaker government’s decision to pass on the benefit of international prices to consumers is a positive step towards providing relief in these tough economic times. It demonstrates the administration’s commitment to fiscal responsibility and its understanding of the challenges faced by the people of Pakistan.
