Govt Notifies Office Timings In Ramadan 2023
As the nation prepares for prayers and other religious engagements ahead of Ramzan, the federal government on Monday notified Office Timings In Ramadan 2023 which will starts this week.

In a notification issued by the govt, the Establishment Division said government offices under the federal government will function from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm from Monday to Thursday. Government offices under the jurisdiction of the federal government will function from 7:30 am to 12 noon on Friday.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that the moon of Ramadan 2023 is highly likely to be sighted on the evening of March 22 (Wednesday). This update has been shared by the Climate Data Processing Center of the Meteorological Department. This means that the first fast of Ramadan in Pakistan is likely to be on Thursday, March 23.
According to meteorological records, the weather is expected to be clear and partly cloudy in most parts of the country when the moon of Ramadan is sighted.
Muslims in Pakistan and the rest of the world celebrate the month of Ramadan every year. It is the holiest month in the Islamic calendar in which Muslims abstain from food and drink from dawn to dusk.
