Anhay Sharif History:

انھے شریف قریبی بڑے شہر میانوال سے 3 کلومیٹر اور شہر منڈی بہاؤالدین 33 کلومیٹر  جنوب میں واقع ہے.

گاؤں کی وجہ شہرت مولانا غلام رسول المعروف بابا جی انہی والے ہے جو اپنے دور کے بہت بڑے عالم دین تھے پورے ایشاء سے یہاں علم کے متلاشی پڑھنے آتے رہے ہیں.

یہ گاوں امن کا گہوارہ ہے یہاں سبھی لوگ ایک دوسرےکے دکھ سکھ میں کھڑے ہوتے ہیں

Anhay Sharif is situated about 3-4 kilometer from nearby big town Mianwal and 33 kilometers in the South of city Mandi-bahauddin. The population of the village is about  700 people. There are 2 govt primary schools ,one for boys (Govt Abdul Qadir boys school) and one for girls. There are two Madrasas (Jamehas) one for boys called Surajul-Huda ( about 200 years old and now shifted to nearby town mianwal) and one for girls also called Surajul-Huda. Most of the people of the village are educated and are serving in Military, police and other govt services. The people of the village are very nice and good from heart. Main source of income is Agriculture and Civil Servents. Some people are also living abroad and helping their families back in the village.
