تخت محل گاؤں پھالیہ سے جنوب مغرب میں بھیرووال روڈ سے 4 کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر واقع ایک سر سبز وشاداب گاؤں ہے۔ تقسیمِ ہندوستان سے پہلے یہاں بڑی تعداد میں سکھ موجود تھے جن کی جگہ بعد میں ہندوستان سے آنے والے مہاجرین یہاں آکر آباد ہو گئے۔اس کی کل آبادی 3،000 نفوس پر مشتمل ہے۔ گاؤں میں اکثریت تارڑ برادری کی ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ گوندل اور وڑائچ برادی بھی موجود ہے۔ گاؤں کے لوگوں کا ذریعہ معاش کھیتی باڑی کے علاوہ تجارت وغیرہ ہے اور گاؤں کے بیشتر نوجوان بیرونِ ملک مقیم ہیں ۔ پورے گاؤں میں دیوبندی مسلک کے علاوہ کوئی اور مسلک موجود نہ ہے۔ جس کی وجہ سے گاؤں میں کوئی مذہبی انتشار نہیں ہے۔

The village Kalan Shadian کالا شادیاں is located on the banks of river Chenab in Phalia tehsil of Mandi Bahauddin district. It is a historical village in which archeological remains are still present. Part of it has been washed away by the river due to erosion. To the east of it is Bahri village and to the west is Jago , Qadir Abad and Chak Abdullah.

کالاشادیاں اصل میں ایک تاریخی گاؤں ہے پاکستان بننے سے پہلے چند گھروں میں سکھ لوگ آباد تھے جو بعد میں یہاں سے ہندوستان چلے گئے. یہ گاؤں ایک ٹبہ نما ہے رقبے کے اعتبار سے یہ بہت بڑا ہے. مشرق یہ گاؤں باہری تارڑاں سے مغرب میں گاؤں جاگو سے شمال میں ڈھل اور ڈھولا سے اور جب کے جنوب میں ضلع حافظ آباد کے گاؤں ونیکے تارڑ سے ملتا ہے. اس کی دو شاخیں ہیں جو کہ کالاشادیاں خورد اور کالا شادیاں لوکڑی کے نام سے جانی جاتی ہیں اور اکثر آبادی ڈیرہ جات پہ آباد ہے جس کی وجہ اکثر و بیشتر آنے والے سیلاب ہیں
