Location

Village khai کھائی is situated at the main Sargodha Gujrat road. It is 22 km from Mandi bahauddin in south west. It is in between the Kuthialah Sheikhan and Gojra. It has Pandowal in the south, Bukkan, Chak no. 42 Bhaggal in the west, Abdal in the north and Kuthiala Sheikhan in the east. The union council of the village is Ghor sharif. It is in 119 PP and 109 NA. It is the last village of tehsil Malakwal at the Sargodha road. Tehsil Mandi Bahauddin starts from Kuthiala Sheikhan and Pandowal.

History Of Village:

In 207 (eeswi), there were old houses in the village. A man named as Ismail was living at the present site of the village Khai. 10 to 15 homes were also available there at that time. People of the village were entered in Islam in the tenure of HAZRAT UMAR FAROOQ (R A).

THE old name of the village is noor pur tahlianwala. Once there lived a old man named as Noor Muhammad. He was the owner of a lot of trees of sheesahm (davasso sisooo). This village was damaged at one time whose signs can  be seen today too. A highly site, tibba khai wala is there in the northerner side of the village. Then a respected man ,Muhammad Khan came in the village  so the village was known as Khan pur at that time.

Muhammad ameer lived in gojra and the other brothers started living in khai. They started agricultural work there. Grave of Muhammad Ameer is available in the graveyard of gojra now a days too. There are three parties in the village and some families are from their  childhood and now the whole population of the village is from these three brothers and these three parties are “jumaanay, fananay, and karam ke”.

Population of village:

The population of the village is 12,900 according to the 1998. 3,609 people are eligible for the election and their names are available in the voter lists. 2,736 houses are recorded in the data collection. There are 1,880 girls and 2,157 boys whose age is 0 to 9 years  according to the survey of NCHD.

Importance of the village:

The most importance of the village would be in its union council. Its  the biggest village of the whole nine villages included in the union council so all the politicians come here to take votes .The families of Barmusa, Bosal , and Gojra have provided MNAs to this area. Because of the nearest village ,whole parties come here one month before the election starts. It is the main bus stop for Chak 42, Chakk 32, and Pandowal.

Education:

People of the village are very well educated. Literacy rate is 76%. 163 persons have the degree of Masers. 183 person are graduate. Total 346 persons are graduated in the village.

There are two middle  schools in the village  one for boys and one for girls. The children of the khai are very intelligent and hard worker. They have taken positions at high school level. Ten years ago Muhammad Anwar Ranjha made a record by taking 764 marks out of  850 which is still unbeaten. Reality is that the whole credit of education goes to a person named as Syed Akber Ali shah who came in the village as a teacher in  1951 and taught the children till 1994.

He did his best for the improvement of the children. This village has provided 186 primary teachers, 28 Est, 22 SST, seven persons were retired from education department in 17 or 18 grade. Previous DEO elementary was from this village.

Dr. Ashraf Gondal specialist atomic tech in Holland is the resident of this village. IN the Holland ,there are three hotels of khai’s personalities. The people of khai are serving in round about each country of the world. In this village, the Almighty ALLAH  have created persons who served the country in each department of life. This village has provided doctors, professors, Army officers, wealth dept. officers, businessmen, tradesmen, and politicians etc.

Muhammad Ansar Namberdar is the owner of two combine harvesters. There is a general store in each street of the village from where, people buy their house necessaries.

Land of the village is very agricultural. Each crop of the world is available here. Mostly Olive, Wheat, rice, sugar cane, orange ,chana, dallain etc.

Most people of village are agriculturist. Lot of people work as government servants, some of them work as labor. Big quantity of the people is working in middle east, USA, Europe etc.

Way of living of the people  is very natural and simple. People are very peaceful, kind, well wishers and serving.

About two third of the village population is associated with agriculture. Most of the farmers are small landowners owning less than ten acres.

Haria Railway Station is a village in Tehsil Malakwal. It is 30 KM from Mandi-bahuddin towards West and 10 KM from Malakwal towards East. This village located in very important place, because this was and is only one railway station for many villages. This railway Station is since 1919. This is a small shopping center for many other villages, and  also bypass for many villages and Mandi bahaudin, Malkwal. We have Muslim Commercial Bank, Post Office. Samagi Behboud Committee (Social Welfare Committee). The Population is nearly 5,000 inhabitants. This village belongs basically to Haria Village.The Literacy rate of the village is average. The name of my village is Chot Dheeran. It is situated about 12 KM in South west side of Malikwal . The nearby villages are Chak No 9. , Chak No. 22 ,Wasuwal, Chak No 23 , Bhaw, Bhalo datta, Khana, Kertar pur , etc .
In south side of Chot dheeran is a long forest , which is called Barmusa forest. It is between Loon manni to Rukken road .My village center point of the both .
Almost from every family in my village the people live in European countries,because of that too my village is famous. The second name of My village is Francecci .The most families of my village are rich and very respectable.

    • In my village there is one Govt High School for Boys and
    • one Middle school for Girls.

There are three PVT Schools in my village,the names of these are given below .

    • Allama Iqbal school: In this school there are classes till intermediate .
    • Quaid Azam School . In In this school there are classes till Matric.
    • Alfurqan Caddit Model School .In In this school there are classes till Matric.

One Darras (Madresa) is opened in my village . In In this Darras there are classes till Degree Level. There is one Govt.Hospital in my village and one Telephone Exchange.

Chak No.16 is situated in tehsil Malakwal near Gojra. Its distance from District capital Mandi bahauddin is 35 Km and from city Malakwal is 25 Km and from Gojra its 6 Km through Chak No. 33 (Khassa)

History

The first name of my was Chak No. 16 Bagh-bahar. Then gujjar familly came from Kararriwala (Kharian) and established here, so then slowly slowly it was known as Chak No. 16 Kararriwala

Founder of the village is known as Raja Nazar Ali numberdaar. He was son of Raja Hakim Ali Zaildar who came here before 1947 from Gourra Hashim.

History:

The Government of British India launched a program in early years of 19th century to bring the forest like land which is currently in District Malakwal into agricultural use. For this reason the launched a scheme called ‘Gori Pal scheme’ to give a package of 56 acres of land to each farmers selected from different regions of Punjab. Around 1914, many tribes from different villages who were already farmers there but did not had much land, got benefited from this scheme and got land in form of ‘Ghoris’ (named on female horse).

The farmers came to this village in decade of 1914th and removed the forest and started cultivating the land. The land proved to be very fertile which was very much appreciated by the new farmers. The main tribes came from different villages like ‘Bharoki Cheema’ near Wazirabad, Saroki Cheema, Jaamke Cheema, Sahi ke, etc. Because the casts of those farmers originally was Cheema, that’s why Cheema is the dominant cast of the village.

Location:

Chak 45 چک نمبرTehsil Malakwal, District Mandi Bahauddin. The village structure was designed by Government and has all proper wide streets, land for mosque in center, school, land for ‘Numberdar’ etc, civil servants of village and their lands as salary e.g. Imam masjid, sweepers, etc.

Founder of the village

No single founder. Land was allotted farmers who cultivated and formed the village. Cast of the Founder was Cheema This is a mid sized village with no prominent names of streets. On the south eastern corner there exists a street with Christian population along with their church.

It is approximately 38 KM South West of the city of mbdin. On the North it is bordered to Tibba Manak Busal (the residence of politicians Nawaz and Iqbal Busal) and on southern side it is bordered with Chak. Bar Musa is bordered on the North western corner of the village territory.

Mostly habitants of Chak 45 are farmers, on average the youth has at least attend a high school.

Source of Income:

The main source of income of villagers in Chak 45 is through agriculture. The fertile land of Chak 45 produces excellent quality of citrus of different kinds which helps in earning the farmer a good amount annually.

Location:

Village Chak No. 42 چک نمبر 42 or Bhaggal is in Tehsil Malakwal .It is 22 Km in the east of mbdin and 13 km away from Malakwal in the east. Khai is 1 km in the west of bhaggal and Gojra is 4 km from here.

History:

In 1905 people migrated to this Chak from Gujrat due to flood reasons. Those people were from village Bhaggal (Gujrat).

Our Village is Chak No 44 چک نمبر. Its old name were Ahmad Ki Abaadi and Chak No. 9. Our village is 14km for away from Gojra and 45 km from mandi bahauddin. Its fertile land is about 56 Acre. There is a govt. high school for boys and Govt. Middle School for Girls. Our village also has a post office. Kinno of our village are very tasty and famous streets  of our village are straight and vast.
